Service Description

A gentle yoga practice on the beach as the sunrises over the water. A gentle flow incorporating breathe and grounding poses whilst opening our senses to listen to the waves and birds, feeling the sand in our hands and toes. Leaving the class feeling refreshed and awakened. Optional: stay for a quick dip in the water after class!
