Outdoor Childrens Yoga

Service Description

A fun and interactive yoga class for children 5-10 years old. Children's yoga is a 30 - 45 min class that uses games, storytelling, short breathwork lessons and fun yoga sequences to help regulate their nervous sytem while strengthening their bodies and developing their creative minds. These classes will be held outdoors with a rainshelter close by incase of rain. Parents are encouraged to stay and participate, no fee for parents! There will be 4 classes in total, sign up for all 4 or choose which dates suit your schedule best. June 5, 12 & July 3, 10
