Service Description
This all levels class will focus on the fundamentals of yoga, breaking down the different poses and transitions, learning balances and inversions. A more relaxed class where students can ask questions and have fun!! This class will run every other Sunday morning and will be an outdoor class located Grey Sauble Conservation - rain shelter incase of dreary weather
