Service Description

Join me and fellow participants in a slow wander through nature, where we will observe, notice & connect with the natural beings and environment surrounding us. We will follow this serene wander with a 45 minute yoga practice. The Forest Bath & Yoga practice will be held outdoors and will be a total of 2 hours. Please dress for the weather, layers are great. Please bring water & a yoga mat. Total investment $40
