Fall into Autumn: Yin Yoga Equinox Celebration

The Autumn Equinox marks the end of Summer and the start of the slower Yin energy of the cooler season. Join me for a beautiful evening of intention setting, a relaxing Yin practice, while listening to the calming and melodic sounds of live guitar played by local musician Kevin Griffin! Included in the ticket price is a sweet treat provided by another local small business, Adriene’s Canning & Jamming. This outdoor event will be at the Bayshore Pavilion, please dress according to the weather and bring a blanket for ending meditation!
